Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi, we nabed fraudester under ipc 420 and IT ipc 66, now she is out on bail but does not recovered single Penney of from her. Same case happened in Delhi, but Delhi police could not arrest him, now for avoiding Jail she is paying part payment to applicant in Delhi ; but she does not approach towards me , is there any chances to get my money from her in the pune court.
