Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my nabour beat me and scold me i need legal help, he do mischief and irritating me, where i can go in police or in court, if i file fir against him, he also file fir against me, police arrest both of us, its happen severely please help me

you have to approach police first only then court or approach high court and get order that he should stay atleast 100 meter away from you and your house and family members.
