Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
a nbw is issued against me for not attending the court 1 year back u/s 302 ipc and i am a3 in the case,i have filed recal petition which was dismissed.can i file for anticipatory bail in sessions court or can i file recall petition in sessions court.

Yes, you may file for recall of the order as well as for anticipiatory bail before the court of sessions. Depending upon the facts of the case, and the facts of your absence and consequently issuance of NBW, the court would decide. If still not, then, you may approach the High Court
