Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Neighboring woman in resident society filed FIR complain under 354, 509, 506 out of quarrel arising from water leakage problem stating she is abused, assaulted and threatened on her daughter, entering in her house; which are all false and baseless. The accused was troubled lot since he was jailed for 2 days before bail. Now the future date is given by the court. These caused life time shock and trauma for that person and family as well. The family of accused are well respected and educated. The woman is very acerbic and full of ego.Please guide to close get rid of this issue. Thanks.

Better to fight this case and then file defamation case against that women.

to defend your case, u need help of your neighbours, who may appear for you in court and present case will be dismissed with cost.
