Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My NI 138 Case in final stage and opponent is tried to put a MOU. Will this disturb my case proceedings? If they will show this MOU to the judge then the case will be weak.In the MOU, agreed to pay he part payments and I have to withdraw the case after the final settlement. I afraid that they will pay the first instalment and the rest sure they will drag, then what I will do? Can I continue the case for the judgement? please clarify.
