Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
are my older chacks and slips are an anthoer person both things are 20 months older some other issue s are between us my signatury check s are blank with date and amount slips dates are older and in slips chack no are not mationed.me is fear that he can missuse of it till now he did not.I reported in pollice station before 20 months for missing my signatury or without signatury checks.please tell me what I do for my legal prevention checks are simple not cts

please issue a legal notice to the person in possession of the cheques and ask him to return the cheques and not to present the cheques. for further queries contact 9312411481.
