Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am an owner of a plot in Maharashtra state.the taxes relating to it have been paid upto march 2016. This time during my annual visit I was shocked to find illegal construction over the land.the builders informed that they have purchased the land from certain XYZ in 2014 to whom I have supposedly earlier sold the plot.I was also shown the agreement of sale where my Pancard details have been put along with the photograph of a third person .This is a case of fraud and illegal encroachment.I seek your esteem guidance and legal advice as to steps to be taken urgently so as to bring a stay against further construction.
