Legal Question in Criminal Law in
I have paid the developer the agreed money and registered the agreement of sale in Registrar office. But afterwards in my absence he misused 1 cheque given to him as a gurantee of 3 Lac. He tried to deposit that cheque which got bounced and now for more money he filed 138 case against me. Guide me
