Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I've paid 1 lakh for job but they cheated now, they gave me cheque for tat, but I think the sign in cheque is wrong and also there won't be balance in her acc too, so plzz suggest me ,, wat I want to do

put the cheque in the bank and if dishonered then file case of 420 and 138.
