If the both parties entered in to compromise case was under ipc 406 / 506 case registered in 2005 and after latest amendment on IPC 406 there is sealing for the offence after 2009 but in 2005 this section had a limit of rs 250 as per latest amendment can the case be compounded

You can get the Criminal Case quashed from the High Court under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Section 406 (Breach of Trust) and 506 (Criminal Intimidation) both are otherwise Compoundable Offences. So You can compound or otherwise also get it quashed from High Court.

Which State you are From ? So in that High Court, you can file the quashing Petition. would be basically a one day hearing case.
