Legal Question in Criminal Law in
My partners had misused some of my joint signed cheques issued to some one close to them and filed a case u/s 138. I even do not know the person to whom they have issued those cheques. Partners also become party with me. What is the remedy

remedy is to face the trial and prove that you and the firm never had the liability and the cheques are withut consideration.
