Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
A party has issued a cheque to me for repayment which is bounced subsequently FIR 489f is registered & case is under trial in both court magistrate & session. Against which he/accused produced stop payment application having same sign of accused as mentioned in given cheque, but bank signature/record is tempered with adding of addition alphabet. Both bank record sign & stop payment application sign are different. this point will support me in court or i should use other option. Can i ask to bank in magistrate court to bring original record & present it before the court. Your detail reply will be appreciated.
