Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am pathologist working in private lab.The report from my lab was given as I negative but patient maintained her blood group is o positive .she complained to police and they booked me under 420 .court said 420 can't be made in this case and no criminal liability can be fixed as of materials placed before court.court also said they don't find merit in charge sheet and discharge the accused for want of cogent evidence and general allegations can be take as evidence.Now this being case of medical negligence which is civil law and which was not proved as well , I was wrongly booked under 420.can this case affect my prospects of getting govt job even though court has discharged me.van I get passport and visa.shall I go for quash or discharge is enough
