Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I pay to someone five lakhs rupise(500000) for land purchese in year 2010.He give me MONEY RECEIPT only.Now in year 2015,the person sold the property to another person. the land lord not agree to return my money.So what can I do to recovery my money in Legal process.
