Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
some peoples are logged a FIR without any documents proof u/s 420 , 306 on my wife & me also for cheating of money but we are having no dues certificate of all complainents, atpresently we have submited all certificate against FIR but police not closing f.r. report but they are harras us how we can do i next step pls. help
