Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Can a person tried and aqited under Industrial Disputes act be put into trial under IPC 181,182,193,199,205,417,418,419,420,468 onthe same grounds or similar grounds ? or it can be defended under Sec.300 of IPC ?
