Legal Question in Criminal Law in
If a person had given some cheques against some loan to priavate money lenders, but his cheques got bounced then what will happen? if some gold loan is there on his name in the same bank that gold will be seized? by the bank? to re pay that cheques or what?

you have mixed two situations.
private money lander will issue you a legal notice to pay the amount of bounced cheque within 15 days. If you pay then there will be no case. If you do not pay, then he will file a case under section 138 for dishonour of cheque. Then also, as per the latest judgment of the Supreme Court, after you receive the notice from the court you may go and pay the amount in the court and the case would be withdrawn.
