Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
what happens if a person directly approach court with out going to police and the court orders police to register FIR. police files final report and the complainant puts up protest petition to trouble respondent. is there any remedy available to respondent

If the final report is in your favour, you may approach the Hon'ble High Court for quashing of complaint.
