Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
One person has done MOU with me in regards to some loan transaction against cheque, and assured me that he will jot use my cheques in future but after 6 months he sold me cheques to some unknown and put legal case on Rs. 20 lacs on me, how can i save myself?
