Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
person who has been put a case of cheating,fraud,misappropriation of funds of a pvt ltd company,not of his fault,his collegue who fixed him and also because of him trusting him and recovery of money also done by police, had to be in jail for 83 days, has come out on bail, still attending the court dates, how to get out of the case?? pls help ,happend in india
