Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A person had taken near about Rs.5lac from me, we have an agreement on a Rs.10 court paper. The agreement is like as follows, He will give me his goods vehicle which is in his name with financer Noc. But he is now neglecting me & refusing me to gave the vehicle & also not refunding the money. What should I do now?
