Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
a person told me e'll give a dog in return for my dog! so i gave him my goldennretriver pup! its been 3 years! still now e dint give me a pup! can i file an criminal case against him and get back my pup or a new pup?

You can file a suit for recovery for the value of your puppy and no criminal case has been made out unless your dog was cruelly treated .
