Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
The petioners are juveniles. The Honble sessions court has granted Anticipatory Bail with condition . That the petitioners surrender before J M court( jurisdiction of magistriate court) condition is that the petitioner should appear before Respondent police and sign daily at 10 AM until further orders . MY Question is the above condition and order is correct as per the jj act ?

Did the court know that they were juvenile?? I doubt will have to read the order to opine. contact 9312411481
