if police is not arresting accused person in chargesheeted ipc section 307 then what and how action will be taken against police or sp. i complaint number of times to superintendent of police in written but no action will be taken by him

1) Police will investigate and file charge-sheet based on evidences.

2) It is the look out of the Police whether or not to arrest the accused and under what section the crime falls.

3) The complainant role is only to lodge complaint if aggrieved and submit all evidences to the court when called for.
