Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Police launch FIR on Medico legal report. Is this case can be dismissed if victim in his statement in court accept that case is true but I did not launch the FIR. Whereas victim do not want to drop the charges.An authority of superior court would be highly appreciated.

Case can't be dismissed but you can move a petition for acquittal on your own grounds.. [email protected]
