Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
President of RWA registered under society registration ACT is illegally allowing and abetting trespass at MCD park in DDA flats in Delhi. She do not provide account details to residents and threatens to lodge false rape case therefore she becomes president every year as no other candidate dares to nominate. She is indulged in various illegal acts and belongs to political party.Please tell what to do.
