Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Prevention of Atrocity Act 1989 section 3 (1) X and X attract and Section 7 (1) D of Protection of Civil Right Act 1955. There are Government and Public Sector Companies do not follow the Constitutional Provision for Reservation and victimise SC/ST in the matter of promotion. Whether it attract the above section?

No. There are separate statutory rules for out of promotion of SC/ST employees. If any rule is violated, you may need to follow the remedy provided under the Rules or approach the High Court by filing an application under Article 226 / 227 of the Constitution of India.
