my previous company has filed a false fir against me of theft under ipc for stealing external harddisk cd and other related documents since i didnt respect the forceful signing of non disclosure agreement with four months notice.Now it is resorting to telephone calls from hr manager calling me to come and settle the matter what do i do i have to spend money and time to solve this issue please tell me how to handle a false fir.They had not replied my email resignation nor issued any show cause notice before filing a false fir after 42 days of my resignation.

if FiR has been registered, you will have to get the same quashed from the High Court. the company cannot take the FIR back. you will to first get yourself bailed out before any further step in the matter. However, if FIR has not yet been registered, then you may settle the matter with them.
