Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Private complaint/istighasa 420, 467, 468, 471 including 489f against accused, bank and police is submitted to Magistrate. After cursory witnesses (4), the court admit the case and only accused is summoned for trial u/s 489f and further frame charge i.e.489f, 420, 467, 468 and 471. The question is this the court must mentioned all section/dafat when admit the case or its court practice that the court mentioned all section/dafat on charge sheet only. Kindly procedure of court may be communicated for my help in my case.
While magistrate issued 489f charge sheet separately in other paper/order with judge sign. (2 case challan & istighasa is under process in magistrate court).
