Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Hi, i have a property which i rented out to 2 bachelors. Now they are not vacating the premises after 8 months as i need the place for personal reasons. Also, they are not paying the rent.
Could you please suggest what to do as dragging things to court may take years.

The case depends upon the quantum of rent and the type of contract you had with them. You need to give further details of the terms of contract or let an expert professional examine the lease document so as to see whether it was landlord - tenant case or licensor - licensee case
