Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i have a proprietorship firm.There is a problem regarding salary as the accounts department has not provided me the total accounts details of May 2013. The accounts that I have received in mail is very much doubtful.There is a difference of Rs.3 lakhs in the accounts.Pls guide me what to do now?
