Protection Against Criminal Conspiracy

Dear Sir,

I'm using this service for the first time, and that too

in a crisis situation.

I got married last year and my in-laws plotted for my murder with the help of national & international associates to get my money and property. After getting their real intentions I promptly filed for divorce, but since then they are torturing me and trying to blackmail me to extort huge amount of sum by putting false allegations & police cases.

This is a glaring example of criminal conspiracy & criminal instigation, with all the works going in background so that you won't be able to nail them immediately.

May I request you for your advice on how can I tackle the situation? At the same time, I'm also determined about not giving a single penny to anyone, even if they succeed in killing me.Would just an ''will'' going to do the job?If so, what should be written on the will? Also can I file any case against them in this kind of situation?Looking for some sound advice really.

Re: Protection Against Criminal Conspiracy

It's my first answer in this Forum.

You can consider the suggestions made by the learned counsels in this Forum and choose apt-one.

(1) You can lodge a complaint with Police regarding the alleged attempt on your life and alleged black-mail by your in-laws. If the police is unwilling to lodge your complaint, under Section 200 Cr. P.C. you can file a criminal complaint at the court having jurisdiction so as to seek the court direction to police to lodge the complaint.

(2) Regarding the 'Will', you can draft it in such a way by mentioning the fact about your apprehension about the threat to your life and that 'in case of your sudden demise by unnatural death' the property may goto '.......(charity or the person to whom you wish).

Re: Protection Against Criminal Conspiracy

As far as conspiracy and consequent acts of your in-laws etc. are concenred, no comments can be made without knowing the full details.

As far as making a will is concerned, it is a very easy thing and you can make it yourself. A will would be sufficient with regards to disposal of your properties after your demise.
