Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have purchased HYAUNDAI i10 car from a dealer. He told me that car completed only 49 thousand kilometre. But when I went in company service centre, service station manager checked in his computer via service job card of car and told previous service records shows that car completed 1 lakh kilometre. I shocked due to cheating.
I have evidence of cheating telephone call recording of dealer where dealer is saying that car completed only 49 thousand kilometre. I can also take viedo recording of Dealer Saying car completed only 49 thousand kilometre
How can I SAVE and submit call recording of dealer in order to rely court ? Can I prove my case in consumer court and take relief from court ?
