Legal Question in Criminal Law in Canada
purchased at pharmacy 2 items.paid and bagged also recieved my daily meds,as exit out store grabbed draged to back of store totally humiliated,as 8yrs daily go in this store!!! security guard finally realized items were paid for and says sorry.He had excuse to manager that he never knew you can pay at the back pharmacy? since this happened many side effects to me nightmares employees bringing it up laughing etc..be watched stalked etc,, panick attacks nervous can I sue all was detailed by manager and several witnesses tried to forget but haunts me still.

You can always sue for a wrongful arrest and don't even have to show special damages. The amount of the award will however, depend on the damages, physical, emotional and economical that a judge accepts as valid.
