Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have a query if a boy (21)ran away with a minor girl(17). And boy family does not know about this.
Police can arrest the boy family ?, if yes how that family from the police harassment.

dear client as girl is minor so if family of girl complaint with police then police can arrest boys family. for any legal help call me
