hi my qus. is maine apne husband par jan.2014 me dahej ka case aur domestice voilence ka case kiya hai but aaj taq wo court me appear nahi hua aur aaj taq uski aresting bhi nhi ho pai hai bcz jab maine f.i.r likhwai to wo mutual divorce ke liye aane laga but usne double game khela aur wo high court aresting stay order ke liye chala gya but waha usko bail nahi mili but uske ghar walo ko mil gai ab unhe mere sahar me aana padega bail karane ke liye aur is time mera case mideation me pahuch gya hai to ab aage main kis tarah uski aresting karwa sakti hoon aur kis tarah uske ghar walo ki bail hone se roku aur aisa kya kar sakti hoon ki coart me usko appear hona hi pade

what are you seeking as remedy??? is arrest of the family the only solution?? It is always better to settle the matter by mediation as the bitterness and lengthy litigation drains you emotionally and by money too. IOn the long run they will get the bail and the matter will continue endlessly . so start life afresh it is too short to be wasted on litigation.
