Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi, This is Radhika from India. My husband works in US, he is thr from last 10 years. We both got separated 3 yrs back.My husband hacked mine and my sister's agmail account and produced the chats taken from thr in a petition which they have filed against me for divorce.I want to file a complaint against my husband for this.Kindly advise

1) Yes. U can file with cyber crime police station.

2) When they used in divorce, at that stage why didnt u do that thru the court itself?

you can file a complain against him in cyber crim in regards to hacking of mail accounts

as well file a case for mental torture as well dowary ............
