Legal Question in Criminal Law in
Hi I am Raju Landge,
My wife has filed fales 498a case against me and she used the cheque of Rs. 35000 which her father has given to gift laptop for both of us. after his retirement. Initially i refused to accept this money but after my wifes request I kept that cheque. I am earing Rs 40000/M and never thought to take such money. How to defend this. Kindly help. Can I file 156 (3) as this was happened without my intension.
