hi my name is ramesh recently my mom had given her property and registered in my name which my friend for 14 years had taken away without my knowledge and when i asked him ....he is black mailing me that if only i had given him 5 lakhs he would not give me my document ...as today an other guy called me and that my friend had taken rs 10 lahks from him over my document and he asked me for money then only he would hand over my document...what shall i do ..pls give me an suggession ..reply to [email protected] thanks

your story is difficult to believe. the property is in your name how can someone walk away with the documents without your knowledge and indeed if such a thing has happened give a complaint to the police

You should be worried about the possession. If you have the possession, you may get duplicate copy of the registered title document from the office of Registrar where it was got registered.

A third person cannot create any charge on your property without your signatures.
