Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
We have received a cheque by party against the payment of advertisement dated 04 Jan 2015. as discussed with party we put the cheque on 04 Feb 2015 & get returned with the tip of Insufficeient Balance.
On 19 Feb 2015 we served the notice which is returned on 23 feb 2015 with the comment that address is not found (Speed Post tracker shows the door locked door locked & than address not found)
Even & after those party published his advt in other publication with same address.
So we want to know that :
1. In how many days our company will file case.
2. Days start from which date (Notice send/Return)

Dear client u have to file case within 30 days from receipt of notice to other party. Once again put cheque in bank and get it bounced. Then send notice and file case in time. For any legal help call me on 9422611385 or 8446247807
