If accused change his statement before the court comparing with statement already given to police in writing available in police record. what statement court will consider accurate or has importance of statement given to police.

statement before the police holds no legal value.. statement in the court counts a lot. For more contact [email protected]

On bases of above, can i try for his cancellation of accused bail in session judge or Mugistrat where cases are under process.
