Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
I have registered FIR (489f) against accused for payment. In reply accused party prepared & provided photo copy of fake loan receipt to court with 2 witnesses mentioning that applicant has taken loan from him of same amount which was sent through on line by applicant. photocopy is admissible in court? and if witnesses record statement before the court that original receipt is return to the applicant.Legal procedure may be communicated please.

Dear, mere photocopy is not admissible,party has to provide original.if party alleges that original was sent to applicant then they must provide online record of transaction and account/record book of alleged loan.
