Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Some one in my relation made a complaint on me,now FIR is registered under section 420/406/34 against me...now i applied a bail application..want to know what will be the process time.and chances .as main they put another person as main and they lodge 420/406/34/138/141 against him as they have cheque of him i was only presented at that time of payment...and they also put my name in this.

You have better chance to get bail. However the getting bail depends on facts of the case and also presentation of the case. Sidharth 9811776423
