Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I was in a relationship with a guy who later on started ignoring and disrespecting me. When I decided to quit on him he started blackmailing me that he will reach my home and show some of my intimate pictures which were clicked with him to my parents.
Please suggest a legal way to get out of it without including my family. Also let me know the way through which those pictures can be deleted from his phone/ laptop.
