Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I was in a relationship and my partner and i started up with a joint credit card. he then misused the credit card and broke up with me without paying his bills. He later emotionally blackmailed me and taken lacks of money saying all fake stories and now he's not ready to pay me anything. I have all the prove of his credit card statements and the amount i have given to him. I have also taken a blank cheque from him duly signed but i'm afraid as he now threatens me of spoiling my and my family's life. Please advise as i dont want he threatens my family as i have not involved my parents in my financial matters. I also have his blank cheque duly signed by him and i want to take legal action for cheque bounce but what if he has put that cheque against lost cheque. After that also will he be liable for fraud case?

In case u file any complaint u should be ready he might make true or false allegations against you. Seek help of a lawyer in person so that your money can be recovered.
