1 Answer from Attorneys
If you have a copy of the WILL, she may seek partition of the properties which her husband has purchased and in his possession now. As an immediate relief, she should seek a restrain order against her husband from his selling any of the property. She should also seek, as an immediate relief, the 50% of the rental value of all new properties. You must also get the will examined from the professional as this opinion is restictedly based on facts in the question.
