Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Respected Sir(s)/Madam(s),
There was a dispute in between two parties over the amounts in the banks & an arbitrator after hearing both the parties pronounced the Award & as per the payment was received also.
Now an objector has filed an objection petition before the Learned court of ADJ as well as he has also filed a complaint to the Superintendent of police who has denied supplying the copy of complaint to the alleged accused & he is treating alike a judge of court for some suspicious reasons.
Can the police interfere into the matter where the civil proceeding is already pending in the court & also can the SP deny supplying that copy?
Kindly advice the defense as well as rulings in this regards.

police can act upon a complaint even if civil dispute is pending for the supply of copies an rta can be filed
