Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Respected sir,
i have been involved in false case of 452/323/324 showing the incident around 7 pm in a place 75 kms away from me on sunday.I was on duty in defence factory ( central govt) from 8am to 5.08 pm on that day .Submitted the certificate of ministry of defence for being on overtime on said date.
Practically impossible to reach to reach there within 2 hrs.
Appealed in district court & have been given relief of stay,
i request to provide me some supporting order since i'm govt employee & is 100% false case. I have never gone to that area.I have been said as mediator of marriage in yr 2001 .my age was 19 yrs at that time. reality is that i was not mediator.
opponent want me to blackmail & seek illegal support in their favor by harashing me in my service.
pl help me.

you have a stay of arrest which is good. you can go for quashing of the FIR against you. for further queries contact 9312411481.
