Respected sir,
i have given my mobile in repair to the the company on behalf of ruturning back in 15 days but till date i have not received my phone.
please give me suggestions what to do?
which kind of notice i have to send to the company?
do i go to near police station?
please suggest me soon as i am in big problem.

you must have got a receipt from the company. please ask for the date of delivery of the mobile in writing. If they fail to give a suitable answer complain to their head. you can file a case in the district consumer forum for deficiency of service. This requires no legal notice.
