Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Respected Sir,

Iam A2 in cheating and fraud case put by a pvt software dev company, all sec like 420,468,120b,379 have been put on accused, also i have served 83 days in JC and out on bail, what will be the fate of me??will i be again convicted or acquitted, the bastard A1 is the main culprit who has planned and also iam scapegoat in this case. the company has put a huge amount as loss which itself is not true

Since you are already on bail, you should prepare your defence with the help of your lawyer. We cannot predict fate of trial. If you can prove your innocence, you might be acquitted. Pursue your defence diligently.
